Our automatic barrel loading systems measure out and dispense repeatable part amounts. Parts are dumped from a segmented conveyor into a hopper for weight measurement. Then the hopper is opened to load parts into a barrel.

The barrel loader can be integrated with the plating line control software. The weight measurement is used to calculate the number of parts, and total surface area, based on a part number database. Then the surface area is used to automatically set rectifier output.
